1. General Terms & Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and maha68 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile app, games, promotions, and other services provided by maha68 to its users in Malaysia.

This agreement covers all your interactions with the platform, including account registration, gaming activity, financial transactions, bonus claims, and communications with our support team. 2. Membership Eligibility

• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion program or gambling prohibition list.

• Not act as an agent or proxy for any third party wishing to use the platform.

3. Account Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at maha68. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of wins and bonuses.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Official photo ID (MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)

4. Deposit & Payment Methods

• All deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and be solely owned by you.

5. Fund Withdrawal

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit ("reverse payment rule").
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.

• Holding multiple accounts or using another person's identity.

Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member once all required checks are completed.

However, in all situations where our liability cannot be fully excluded, the maximum liability of maha68 to any member shall be equivalent to the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendment of Terms & Governing Law

Maha68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Members will be notified via their registered email or platform notification at least 7 days before changes take effect, except in circumstances requiring immediate changes for platform security or legal compliance.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the appropriate arbitration authority.
